How To Use
- Apply Gelish Xpress Dip Base Coat to the nail and dip into the powder, then tap off the excess. Repeat for a second layer.
- Brush on Xpress Dip Activator, let it dry, then buff and shape the nail.
- Finish with Xpress Dip Top Coat for a hard, glossy shine with no lamp required.
