Shipping Policy

At OZ Barber Supply, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse located in Reservoir, Victoria.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the options below.

Australia 
Standard Delivery (2 to 8 business days): $9.99 AUD
Express Delivery (1 to 4 business days): $39.99 AUD
Free Standard Delivery (orders over $150): FREE on all Australian orders of $150.00 AUD and over

New Zealand
NZ Standard Delivery: $19.99 AUD
NZ Express Delivery: $49.99 AUD
Free NZ Standard Delivery (orders over $250): FREE on all New Zealand orders of $250.00 AUD and over

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing or public holidays. The transit times mentioned above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ozbarbersupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia using standard carrier services.
