Description
Gelish Velvet Matte No Cleanse Top Coat is a 15ml soak off gel top coat that turns any Gelish colour into a soft, velvety matte finish with no sticky layer to wipe away after curing.
How To Use
- Apply a thin layer over cured Gelish colour, capping the free edge.
- Cure under LED for 30 seconds or UV for 2 minutes.
- No cleansing needed, the matte finish is ready straight from the lamp.
